DataVision adopts a global delivery model to carry out tasks with most economic sense and with least amount of acceptable risk. Using the global delivery model, DataVision uses a combination of Onsite, Offsite, and Offshore locations. The global delivery model has two distinct components: Onsite component with focus on activities during inception and transition phases and Global Development Centre components with focus on activities during elaboration and construction phases. Seamless communication and strong processes work together to deliver solutions using this model.
